  •  Marine park is an excellent school and we will miss it. Thank you for all your hard work.
  •  In my opinion, Marine Park First school is a special place which puts the needs of children first - there is genuine interest and care of all children and their individual needs. Children are secure and happy in the knowledge they are learning in a safe and supportive environment. All teachers, including the head teacher, are invested in providing the best possible education and care to all children. Having had 2 children attend this school, they have each been encouraged to shine and staff really understood their unique personalities and abilities. As a parent, you couldn’t ask for more.
  •  My son has enjoyed his time at Marine Park and the teachers have provided a good education along with a supporting and nurturing environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marine Park to a friend and I’ve been particularly impressed with how well they have kept in touch with the children over lockdown. Stories, poems, songs and numerous zoom meetings have shown what an inspiring and caring school Marine Park is. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Easton and the whole staff for proving a great start to both of my son’s education.
  •  Marine Park has been a fantastic school and the teaching staff have been brilliant. My child enjoyed it greatly and I feel you gave prepared my daughter for the transition to Middle school despite the strange circumstances this year! Thank you and we will miss seeing you all!
  •  I think the leadership, teachers and staff work extremely hard. They have always been very responsive to any queries we have. I have worried at times that the school has a formula and sticks to it. We prioritise enjoyment, fun, creativity, outdoor play and social skills over work in books. I wish teachers could have more time to be creative and less time getting things in books. There is not enough time on child led creativity, art, drama, team work. My child has had a very good education and been very successful in English and maths but he may have been happier if he had a more child led education. I know the staff have the skills and enthusiasm for it but the priority in English mainstream education is too much paperwork. It suits confident clever girls, not boys.
  •  Fantastic school and staff. Thank you for all you have done.
  •  More focus and structure on the learning of the second language.
